The details of a Rockwood Shed aren’t all obvious at first glance.

• Each shed rests on strong pressure-treated 4×4 skids.

• Placement of all structural framing is set at 16” centers. This includes floor joists, wall studs, and rafters, using full industry standard dimensional lumber.

• Duratemp plywood siding with a 50 yr. mfg. warranty keeps a hard, durable exterior finish for years. No OSB/flake board or pressboard will be found on a Rockwood shed. The roof and floor are also plywood.

• Roofing material is again your selection between 30 yr. mfg. warranty asphalt shingles or ribbed metal. Multiple color options are available with both roofing options.

• Door hardware includes keyed handles and attractive black hinges as standard. Oversized hinges are available, creating even more style and attraction.

• You choose between various trim packages ranging from plain and simple to bold, wide, unique, practical, oversized and beyond. All trim boards are real wood – no imitations here, either.
